Petroleum Accounting Regulation
This regulation aims to bring exploration and extraction operations in line with the International Accounting Standards, commencing from the date a petroleum company (herein after referred to as “Contractor”) signs the Production Sharing Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “PSA”) with the Government of Mongolia.
